Feel the Burn!


Hope the first couple of workouts burnt a bunch of calories for all of you! I've got another one here for you, remember to warm-up...

Workout:

1) Push ups                                    20 reps
2) Squats                                       10 reps
3) Russian Twists                           25 reps

4) Lunges                                      10 reps each leg
5) Mountain Climbers                   20 reps 



6) Super Man                                hold for 30 seconds x 3


7) Downward-Facing Dog           2 minutes
